WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Ensure consultants onboarding and integration
* Manage consultants' career paths and satisfaction
* Lead recruitment processes and ensure successful hiring
* Plan project kickoffs and monitor progress
* Ensure client satisfaction through regular contact and project follow-ups
* Coordinate with Account Managers to support the business unit's development
* Monitor financial KPIs and track profitability of projects
* Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and operational execution
WHAT WE WANT
* Experience of 2-3 years with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Experience with HR administrative tasks
* Experience with team coordination and leadership
* Experience with project monitoring and reporting
* Experience with client relationship management
* Academic background: Business or HR-related studies
* Fluent English
