Your new role:
Act as the primary interface for business and data teams.
Translate business objectives and KPIs into analytical requirements.
Co-create data products with domain experts and data engineers.
Define key metrics, dimensions, and calculation logic.
Build prototypes and visualizations to demonstrate business value.
Support data product validation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years as a Data Business Analyst, ideally in the pricing domain.
Strong business acumen, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
Expertise in designing KPIs, metrics, and delivering actionable insights.
Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, data modeling, and basic Python for analysis.
Familiarity with modern data platforms like Databricks and Synapse.
Understanding of data governance, ownership, and quality principles.
Fluent in English with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
