Your Main Activities
* Support the HR Business Partners team with career and employee lifecycle matters, HR administrative processes, audit requests, etc.
* Help implement HR projects and update data in HR tools.
* Prepare documentation, data, KPIs, and metrics for HR initiatives.
* Create dashboards to track the success of HR projects and identify areas for improvement.
* Organize and maintain the content and formatting of the HR Resource Centers (One Drive, SharePoint, Shared Folders).
* List operational procedures, review with stakeholders, and monitor HR policy revisions.
* Research articles and news on HR trends and share findings with the team.
* Support the HR Business Partners and HR Data Management on ad-hoc topics.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Management or Human Resources.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Project management skills.
