Requirements:
Native or fluent proficiency in Catalan (C2) both verbal and written, fluency in English (C1 level), and a minimum of a High School diploma are essential requirements.
Experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric approach, consistent work history, and demonstrated stability are also necessary.
