Overview
We are looking for a SAP Customs & Logistics Project Manager to join our Finance Systems team in Airbus Portugal.
Responsibilities
Manage full project life cycle activities: concept definition through entry into service, including training and change management.
Work within a cross-functional team voicing customs needs as a business partner across countries via an internal network of customs experts.
Act as a data expert in logistics and customs transformation and improvement projects.
Project management duties: define scope, plan, and evaluate budget requests for dedicated projects.
Participate in and/or lead multi-functional project teams: Customs, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, IT.
Support the IT department in solution definition and validation.
Ensure the stability, reliability, quality, and performance of Airbus customs processes and systems.
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in logistics projects in integration with the IT department (experience in Customs is an added value).
Basic IT knowledge on SAP (ABAP Workbench, SAP interfaces).
Functional knowledge of inbound/outbound flows, master data, and inventory (SAP SD/MM).
Knowledge of SAP GTS is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management and methodologies.
Soft skills: good communication, ability to convince and motivate colleagues; comfortable in an international, multicultural environment.
Autonomous and team player; strong integrity, ethics, and accountability.
