* Clarify questions and provide guidance about the company's products and services
* Support merchants with any inquiries and ensure ongoing satisfaction
* Take an active role in improving customer-related processes and optimizing workflows
* Collaborate closely with internal departments like Sales and Marketing

* Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory)
