What we are looking for

* Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Service Delivery
* Proven experience managing IT services in enterprise environments
* Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
* Experience managing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs
* Good understanding of Workplace / End User Infrastructure, including:
- Corporate laptops and devices
- Managed devices environments
* Experience working in global / international organizations
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Very good English skills
