The role of International Sales and Key Accounts Manager is critical in expanding our market presence globally by developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and new B2B clients worldwide.
This position involves driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through direct communication and meetings.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and regular meetings.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets to drive revenue growth.
* Promote our products to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, providing valuable insights for business development.
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in international sales and trade, preferably in the dairy industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in English and additional languages an asset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients, with a willingness to travel internationally as required.
