We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our international team as a Web Product Implementation Specialist.
This role will involve working with customers to implement and support web-based products, providing technical guidance and training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

* Implement and verify web-based products with customers.
* Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage.

* Dutch native speaker with good English skills (B2 level).
* Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/CSS3.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla, or similar.
* Experience or interest in online advertising or ad product experience.
* Troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn customer service software applications.
* Experience working in a B2B environment.
* Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and support skills.
