Your missionWe are looking for an engineer who can help us put best Dev Ops practices in place. Do you feel like building simple and reliable infrastructure, alongside with a CI/CD process to raise our development life-cycle to the next level?ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve Gitlab CI pipelinesHandle system networkingMaintain and improve Kubernetes environments running on AWSExperience with Terraform or other Ia CEnsure system reliability, including autoscaling, backups, etc.Handle system governance, including alert handling, performance monitoring, etc.Keep track of infrastructure costs and ensure resources are used efficientlyContinuously improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Setup, support and maintain frameworks for efficient development and testing of different parts of the system with high focus on developer experience (DX)Proactively work to improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructureWork together with Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Web Developers to improve pipelines and workflowsOversee, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in large scale, dynamic and complex environmentsYour profileQualificationsDegree in computer science / informatics or a comparable qualification with work experience+2 years of experience as a Dev Ops/Infrastructure engineerProven hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines, working with relevant tools and methodologies (CI systems / Artifacts repository managers / Deployment tools)Extensive knowledge in writing, running, and deploying Docker images on KubernetesProficiency with any of the following networks: DNS, TCP/IP, firewall, load balancing etc.Familiarity with any of the following: My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Elastic Search and other popular databases, including their cloud implementationsUp to date on the latest industry trends and aware of Dev Ops and Agile principlesSolid Experience with GitProven record of creating/working with complex enterprise application architecturesTeam player mentality & pro-active personalityMotivation to find new solutions and create cutting-edge technological applicationsFluency in English is a must.
