Overview We are hiring a driven and passionate Team Lead to oversee our Womens Empowerment Program in Faro Portugal. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers to support and empower women in the local community. Your main duties will include coordinating program activities, conducting outreach efforts, and providing mentorship and guidance to program participants. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the Womens Empowerment Program, including planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to assist with program delivery Conduct outreach efforts to engage women in the local community and promote program participation Provide mentorship and guidance to program participants through one‐on‐one sessions or group workshops Collaborate with other organizations and community partners to enhance program impact Monitor program progress and report on outcomes to stakeholders Manage program budget and ensure efficient use of resources Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, gender studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum three years of experience working with marginalized communities or in the field of gender equality Previous experience in a leadership or management role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; Portuguese proficiency is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams Passion for promoting women's rights and creating positive social change Benefits Competitive salary of 1,000USD per month Full‐time position #J-18808-Ljbffr
