Job Description
* Develop, execute, and monitor annual brand plans, including pricing, distribution channels, communication strategies, and media plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
* Analyze consumer and market trends, providing insights to drive decision-making on new initiatives.
* Stay abreast of market trends and consumer needs to ensure our brand remains competitive.
* Be part of cross-functional teams in the innovation process, from idea generation to implementation.
* Coordinate brand activation plans, managing projects and resources efficiently.
* Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and alert management of any potential deviations.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
* Proven track record in brand development and successful product launches.
* Passion for Experiential marketing and understand how to build meaningful connections.
* Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English (minimum level C1).
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent project management abilities.
* Dynamic and proactive profile, always seeking new ways to drive change and impact.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
