Analyst role
located in Lisboa at Dils. This person will be responsible for analyzing real estate market trends, conducting financial and commercial analysis on real estate assets, preparing reports, business plans, and presentation documents.Key Responsibilities:-
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and identify potential opportunities.-
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for real estate investments, including cash flow projections.-
Valuation execution:
Assist all the valuation process, including property inspections, calculations, report and discussions with the clients. Support on other processes of sell-side and buy-side transactions.-
Collaboration:
Work closely with different teams, such as Consulting, Leasing and Capital Markets Teams.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.- 2 to 5 Years experience in Valuations.- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work well in a team environment.- Passion for the real estate industry.- Proficient in English language.- Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets and investment strategies is a plusSeniority level
