€1,200 to €2,000 (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits. For senior level, €1,400–€2,000 base salary. Health insurance and other salary benefits included.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial products and market risk.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
Work closely with developers, quants, and risk teams to ensure accurate implementation of risk models (VaR, XVA, EEPE).
Analyze market data and validate risk calculations to support decision-making processes.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of financial applications.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct process mapping, testing, and reporting on business processes.
Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests, including P&L and risk impacts.
Support automated non-regression testing and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
Contribute to workload estimation, coordinate production releases, and support incident analysis.
Maintain clear documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and work closely with international teams.
Qualifications
5+ years (or 3+ years for some roles) of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
Strong understanding of market risk, financial products, and market data (VaR, XVA, EEPE).
Proven experience in IT business analysis, process mapping, and functional specification.
Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and econometrics.
Proficiency in SQL (mandatory); familiarity with Summit Software is a plus.
Experience with management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and/or Confluence.
Fluent in English and French (C1 level); Portuguese a plus.
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and database knowledge (SQL).
