About the Role
We're hiringtwo Senior Automation QA Engineersto join our nearshore delivery teams supporting a global client.
This is ahands-on senior rolewhere you'll take ownership of quality, drive automation-first testing practices, and work closely with developers, product owners, and client stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
Own test strategy, planning, and execution with a strong focus on automation
Design, implement, and evolve automated test frameworks
Drive the shift from manual to automated and intelligent testing
Execute and validate API, backend, and microservices testing
Collaborate in Agile & DevOps teams with developers and product owners
Work directly with client QA leads, providing clear status and quality insights
Coach and support other testers to raise overall quality standards
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience inQA / Test Automation
Strong hands-on automation experience using:
Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
Solid experience inAPI testing(Postman, Bruno, or equivalent)
Good understanding ofcloud-native and microservices architectures
Proficiency inPython, JavaScript, and SQL
Experience withGit / GitHuband CI/CD-style workflows
Strong understanding of theAgile development lifecycle
Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients
