Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German Native, Remote)
Location: Porto (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information about our products and services.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized support and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
4. Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.
5. Follow established protocols for handling various customer scenarios, escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
2. Fluent in English for internal communication.
3. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
4. Ability to work rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
6. Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
