Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR professional to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for our employees.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. This includes guiding and coaching team leads and supervisors in handling performance, behavioral, and conflict-related matters with a focus on resolution and fairness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
* Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work culture, increase employee engagement, and support retention.
* Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives.
* Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.
* Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and align with business needs.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in HR in a similar role.
* Proven experience supporting HR initiatives and driving business results.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes, including data protection and compliance.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organisation is an advantage.
* High proficiency in Google, Microsoft, and HR software.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
