The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people and determining a candidate's potential through insightful questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring seamless execution of assigned tasks.
* Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
* Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
* Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
* Serve as the primary contact person for questions from candidates
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
* At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
