Description:
Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd level support, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimizing system downtime;
* Implement service requests and changes to fulfill user and customer needs;
* Drive proactive incident and problem management within scope, deploying new measures or solutions to improve operational stability;
* Apply software updates to address vulnerabilities and bugs, enhancing system and data security.
Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Platform Engineering or Cloud Engineering;
* Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, Linux and Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
* Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines will be valued;
* Excellent team player, capable of building bridges and connecting easily with others at different levels;
* Commitment to a culture of continuous improvement.
