* Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
* Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
* Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
* Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
* Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Ability to work independently
