Under limited supervision, the position is responsible for completing defined processes and procedures within deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
Main areas of responsibility include: Operational Support, Dispatch, Admin & Support, Customer Service, Air Network Support, Operations Support, Service Assurance, Manifesting, Customer Support Group, Dangerous Goods, Cross-Border Road Linehaul, Domestic Air Linehaul, Road Network, Operational Administration & Support, Sort Support & Trace Management, Reporting, Location-based Customer Service. May perform other duties as assigned.
Education: High school degree/Equivalent. English Skills preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years related experience. Previous clerical experience including typing (25/35 WPM), data entry, and/or general office skills.
Skills: Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Microsoft Office & PC Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills. Good human relations and communication skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
