We are looking for an Transformation & Project Officer to join a project for one of our clients, based in Porto (hybrid model).
Requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
Excellent PowerPoint mastery, able to craft clear, structured, and impactful presentations for senior audiences.
Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing follow-ups, actions, and deadlines.
Ability to synthesize information rapidly and identify key messages.
Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders across EMS.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work in a transversal environment and handle multiple topics simultaneously.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
English: B2.

Key accountabilities
Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from initiative to testing before production launch.
Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project.
Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams.
Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk.
Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment.
Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results.
Contribute to EMS communication deliverables (newsletters, key meeting briefings, internal updates), in line with T&P responsibilities.
