Welcome to CrunchEquation, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering businesses with services that drive success and growth. We specialize in customer support, design, marketing, SEO, and more.

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales. Industry knowledge and experience in online gaming, sportsbook, casino platforms, or affiliate networks are considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and prospect new B2B clients across various industries.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and client acquisition.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Product Managers).
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and close deals effectively.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored digital solutions (marketing, SEO, support, design, etc.).
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
* Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
* Lead pricing discussions and negotiate service agreements.
* Stay updated on digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (digital services, SaaS, or consulting).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
* Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to different industries.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Portuguese, Spanish, or German) are a plus.
* Knowledge or experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
