Your Responsibilities
As a Content Analyst, you will:
* Review and process text-based legal requests (e.g., privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification cases)
* Ensure all decisions align with client policies and internal quality standards
* Manage cases within agreed turnaround times
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
This role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
Candidate Profile
* C1/B2 level proficiency in German and English
* Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
* Motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal
* Comfortable working fully onsite in Lisbon
What's on Offer
* Competitive salary: €15,260-€16,100 (depending on experience)
* Fixed annual language bonus: €3,240
* Annual performance bonus: 5%
* Signing bonus: up to €5,550
* One-time relocation bonus: €1,750 net (paid one week after starting)
