Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to the overall performance of the operational team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Production Orders in SAP and Work Orders in MES, ensuring accurate scheduling and execution.Configure and update MES parameters (calendars) to reflect planned events such as maintenance, scheduled stops, shutdowns, extended shifts, cycle counting, and tests.Monitor daily production events and adjust planning accordingly to maintain operational efficiency.Execute Cycle Counting, inventory checks, and Kanban flow management to ensure material availability and stock accuracy.Qualifications What We're Looking For Academic BackgroundDegree in Industrial Management and LogisticsDegree in Industrial Engineering and ManagementSupply Chain ManagementLogistics and OperationsMechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (Technical degrees in related fields are also considered.)Technical SkillsExperience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP; MES experience is a plus).Understanding of Kanban flows, inventory management, and lean logistics.Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and optimization skills.Personal SkillsClear and effective communication abilities.A calm, proactive, and solution‐oriented mindset.Ability to adapt to operational changes and prioritize effectively.Motivation to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Intermediate English (minimum B1 level).What We OfferA dynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA company culture that values safety, responsibility, and innovationImportant : Only applications submitted with an English CV through our secure system will be considered!
