French Customer Support Advisor – Bouygues Telecom (Porto Based) Join the Bouygues Telecom Team in the heart of Porto!
Are you a French speaker living in or around Porto?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our international team, providing top-tier support for one of France's leading telecommunications providers.
The Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the voice of Bouygues Telecom, assisting customers through various channels with: Subscription & Billing: Helping customers understand their plans and invoices.
Technical Troubleshooting: Providing simple, effective solutions for connectivity and service issues.
Customer Care: Welcoming customers and offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience.
What We Are Looking For Language: Native or Strong C2 level in French Location: You must currently reside in the Porto area (Commutable to the office).
Experience: No previous experience required!
We provide full training.
Availability: Ready to work rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday (7 AM – 7 PM).
Mindset: A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
Salary & Competitive Benefits We offer a stable contract with a highly competitive local package: Base Monthly Salary: €930 (Paid 14 times per year).
Meal Allowance: €9.00 per day (Approx. €198/month net).
Performance Bonus: €100 for the first 3 months, then performance-based.
Transport Subsidy: Reimbursement up to €40/month .
Health Insurance: Private medical insurance after 4 months of service.
Total Estimated Gross Package: ~€1,383 per month.
Hiring Process Language & Logic Tests Interview with the Hiring Manager Onboarding & Training Working Conditions Please Note: There is no relocation package for this role.
Candidates must already be living in the Porto Metropolitan Area to be considered.
100% On-site at our Porto office.
