Customer Service Representative Spanish Speaker

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team supporting a Spanish airline. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
* 2 rotating days off per week
Profile Requirements:
* Native or fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (B2)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
* Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: 870 euros (x14 months)
* Performance bonus: 80 euros (x11 months)
* Daily meal allowance of 7,63 euros
* Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
* Estimated total monthly compensation: ~1,061 euros
o This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days), and transport allowance.
