We are looking forAI Product Managerto join our company, in one of our projects, located in Lisbon.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML and enterprise search solutions.
Define product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Translate complex AI and LLM capabilities into realistic, actionable product plans.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to guide technical trade-offs.
Drive user adoption and engagement among field service engineers and technical support specialists.
Lead product marketing efforts including rebranding, naming, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and build consensus.
Ensure product compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise audit requirements.
Requirements5–7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing AI/ML or search-based products.
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, with ability to communicate them to stakeholders.
Proven success driving user adoption in technical or industrial settings.
Background in enterprise search, knowledge management, or technical documentation systems.
Experience with product marketing, rebranding, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
adept at influencing without authority.
Familiarity with regulated industries, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance protocols.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
