Hello! We are looking for a French-Speaking Night Customer Service Agent, passionate and motivated, to handle a wide range of requests from our members taxi and restaurant bookings, flight tickets, insurance or electronic payment assistance, personalised advice and various recommendations. You will need to be curious, resourceful and proactive in order to deliver a unique experience at every interaction, while ensuring service excellence during night hours.
