Together with the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire resort, including budget preparation and goal achievement.
Lead and develop the Head of Department team and approximately 50 employees.
You will be responsible for the flawless management of our restaurant, which offers exclusive, fresh, and regional cuisine.
Ensure compliance with standards and the continuous improvement of workflows, as well as the creation of staff rosters.
Ensure impeccable customer service.
What you bring along
Vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
At least 5 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, including 2 years of management experience as a department head in the front office or food & beverage department
Excellent German and English skills, as well as good Portuguese skills
Knowledge of common software, the internet, and hotel property management systems (SIHOT)
