PROFILE:
* Academic qualifications at the 12th grade (high school) level;
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Service Desk teams;
* Advanced knowledge of ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
* Experience in service control and quality metrics management;
* Strong knowledge in building a set of quality metrics focused on service improvement;
* Understanding of the continuous improvement process;
* Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation (valued);
* Knowledge of the retail sector (valued);
* ITIL and Power BI certifications are valued;
* Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English;
* Strong leadership skills;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build bridges between different stakeholders;
* Team-oriented mindset;
* Strong learning abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
