Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability and Risk Manager to lead our Integrated Management System across projects and operational units.
This role will oversee strategic risk and opportunity management in QHSE, propose action plans, and ensure their effective implementation. You will also support the QHSE Director in defining policies, strategic objectives, and performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
* Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety) across projects and operational units.
* Provide technical guidance and coordination for QHSE site technicians, ensuring ongoing training and development.
* Represent the company in audits and inspections, addressing findings and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
* Oversee strategic risk and opportunity management in QHSE, proposing action plans and ensuring their effective implementation.
* Support the QHSE Director in defining policies, strategic objectives, and performance indicators.
* Promote and conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns to strengthen the safety culture at all organizational levels.
* Review and approve Safety and Health Plans (PSS, PTRE), ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements.
* Analyze monthly reports on incidents, near-misses, and preventive measures.
* Act as the focal point for environmental compliance on-site, including waste management and legal adherence.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Health (preferred).
* CAP Occupational Health and Safety Technician (level VI).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in industry, energy, or construction sectors.
* Expertise in office 365 tools.
* Oral and written communication in English.
* Analytical skills and critical thinking.
