Asset Management Expertise
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive financial analysis and strategic planning to maximize asset value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review monthly reports and forecasts to ensure alignment with overall targets
* Develop and manage annual budgets, reviewing CAPEX plans and FFE purchase requests
* Produce analytical reports with actionable recommendations for informed decision making
* Collaborate in the development of new properties through various stages from valuation to pre-opening budgeting
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including profit and loss statements, cash flow, and overall accounting standards. They should also be familiar with USALI, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
