We seek an Operations Integration Engineer to manage production systems, batch operations, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and execute batch jobs using Control-M.
* React to production incidents and SLA breaches.
* Analyse and recover failed treatments and system processes.
* Support and document releases, deployments, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with application teams, shared services, and external vendors.
* Promote automation, observability, and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration and scripting.
* Proven experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M).
* Experience with file transfer tools (e.g., CFT, Connect:Express).
* Understanding of web/application deployment processes (Java, Tomcat, WAR/JAR).
* Familiarity with AWS or GCP operations is a plus.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, or ServiceNow.
* Knowledge of ITIL principles and an Agile mindset.
