Our client is a global strategic technology and payments partner. They deliver seamless personalised shopping experiences to over 90m customers, who in turn generate €33bn revenue.

With 2,000 employees spread across 50 countries, they integrate with 300,000 point of sale systems in a number of luxury retailers and brands including Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis, Liberty’s, Apple, Cartier, De Beers, Hermès, Rolex, Dior and Jimmy Choo.

Their products include tax‑free shopping, smart data and intelligence, marketing and sales, POS technology and payment solutions.


The role

Following the recent success of a newly launched suite of marketing products, our client is looking for a Campaign Optimisation Specialist to collaborate with marketing and data teams to monitor, evaluate, and optimise marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

These marketing products are campaigns that are sold to their partner brands, allowing these brands to geotarget our client’s customers and incentivise them to go into a store and shop using some form of promotion.

This Campaign Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for the day‑to‑day optimisation of these marketing campaigns and is a key role maximising the impact of marketing campaigns, ensuring data‑driven decision making and enhancing campaign effectiveness.


Responsibilities

* Track, analyse, and interpret campaigns KPI across all channels, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
* Provide actionable recommendations and insights to improve campaign performance and audience targeting & segmentation.
* Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and other experiences to validate performance strategies.
* Develop dashboards and reports to ensure that global stakeholders are clear on campaign outcomes and performance.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to align campaign objectives with performance and data‑driven optimisations.


Qualifications

* Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, SAS 360 or similar.
* Worked on the optimisation of marketing campaigns across CRM/email/SMS/push.
* Knowledge of campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, SAS 360 or similar.
* An analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
* An understanding of marketing KPI, attribution models, and optimisation techniques.
* Strong time management, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
