Your Key Responsibilities:
Process and update Customer Master Data entries; Manage all customer-related data administration; Ensure service quality meets high standards; Identify and report gaps, errors, and improvement opportunities; Support continuous improvement initiatives; Communicate relevant issues and insights to the Team Lead; Participate in special data-related projects assigned by management.
What Were Looking For:
Completed secondary education; Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel knowledge; English proficiency at B2 level; Experience in multinational, cross-functional environments; Understanding of customer administration processes across different countries.
