As our next HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping that community. You’ll be the heartbeat of our people strategy, ensuring that every stage of the employee journey - from recruitment to offboarding - is handled with care, creativity, and excellence.

Could you be the Enthusiastic HR Manager we’ve been searching for?

What will you be doing?

* Lead Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring journey — from sourcing to welcoming new team members.
* Foster a Positive Culture: Support employee relations, engagement, and development initiatives.
* Drive HR Excellence: Oversee performance, benefits, compliance, and policy implementation.
* Champion Growth: Identify training needs and contribute to strategic HR planning.

What do we expect from you?

* At least 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR management.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for creative problem-solving.
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
* Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit.
* A love for organization and a flair for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
