We are now looking for a Global Project Manager - IAM/IGA willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute end-to-end project plans for IAM/IGA initiatives
* Lead onboarding of applications into IGA platforms
* Monitor project progress, risks and compliance status
* Ensure delivery across scope, timeline, quality and budget
* Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT and security teams
* Lead governance routines (steering committees, reporting, risk reviews)
* Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical issues
* Define and track KPIs (e.g. onboarding progress, reconciliation coverage)
Technical Profile:
* 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects
* Proven experience delivering IAM / IGA projects
* Hands-on experience with tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM IG, Oracle IG
* Strong knowledge of:
* Access management & reconciliation
* RBAC / entitlement models
* Segregation of duties (SoD)
* Recertification processes
* Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards
* Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
