Media Support Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Media Support Specialist to join our team. As a Media Support Specialist, you'll work on advanced media asset management integration projects for European broadcast clients.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and support media asset management projects.
* Assist clients during requirements gathering and system specification.
* Develop and maintain test/integration environments.
* Integrate third-party systems via RESTful APIs.
* Support GoLive activities and perform system testing with clients.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
* Create and maintain documentation.
* Contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills:
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience with media IT systems and Media Asset Management software.
* Understanding of broadcast/media workflows and technologies.
* Knowledge of video/audio codecs and file formats.
* Skilled in SQL, RESTful APIs, and scripting.
* Linux server admin, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS services.
* Troubleshooting using OpenSearch dashboards and OpenTelemetry metrics/logs.
* Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Docker, OpenSearch, Ansible, or Chef.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative.
* Fluent in English.
* Willingness to travel.
