What will you do?
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Support the design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
* Participate in workshops, alignment meetings, and validation sessions with stakeholders
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
* Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
* Assist in post-implementation follow-up to ensure solution adoption and effectiveness
What do you need?
* 3–4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
* Solid functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform
* Experience working in project environments and interacting with stakeholders
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience documenting business and functional requirements
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
* Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools and modules
* Experience supporting UAT processes and functional validation
