IT & Systems Technician — Headquarters in Braga
Main Responsibilities
- First-line support to users and systems
- Execution of infrastructure, security, monitoring, and communications projects
- Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for requests and incidents
- Incident resolution using ticketing tools
Requirements
- Academic background in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Solid knowledge of:
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux
- Networking: VLANs, firewalls, switches
- Virtualization: Proxmox, VMWare (preferred)
- Containerization: Docker (preferred)
- IT Service Management standards
Personal Skills:
- Multitasking ability, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
