Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst
What You Will Do
* Leverage domain and business process expertise to detail product requirements as epics and user stories, supporting artifacts like business process maps, use cases, and test plans.
* Work closely with developers and analysts to ensure thorough elaboration of technical requirements.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to maintain efficient processes and ensure quality deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Understand business strategy and needs through collaboration with Product Teams and System Architects.
* Capture customer voice and define business processes and product needs.
* Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and User Stories, participate in backlog reviews.
* Express features clearly in User Stories and ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined.
* Align technical requirements with user experience designs.
* Develop and execute product demonstrations and maintain accurate documentation.
What We Expect of You
Basic Qualifications
* Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years or Diploma with 7-9 years in relevant fields.
Must-Have Skills
* Problem-solving skills and experience with writing requirements in agile tools like JIRA.
Good-to-Have Skills
* Experience with PI planning, product roadmaps, low-code/no-code automation, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
* Experience with Anaplan, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and cloud certifications preferred.
Soft Skills
* Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with global teams.
