As a Packaging Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing thermal packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. You will lead the selection of materials, develop qualification procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions for temperature-sensitive products.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and train people on temperature control aspects, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
Guide the selection and implementation of temperature control solutions for packaging, balancing performance, cost, and sustainability.
Develop, optimize, and maintain qualification procedures for packaging, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Write and structure technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production) to align packaging solutions with project objectives.
Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance packaging performance, focusing on thermal conductivity and isolation properties.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in thermal materials and packaging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on thermal solutions and material science.
Experience in technical documentation, report writing, and structuring qualification procedures is essential.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, thermal conductivity, and isolation materials.
Proficiency in technical writing, data analysis, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements for packaging.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on how to execute tasks and how to communicate results effectively.
Languages: Knowledge of English is mandatory.
