Job Description
Main responsibilities:
* Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resources
* Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
* Work with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projects
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
* Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators
Qualifications
* Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
* Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)
* Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
* Proactive, autonomous player, with strong problem-solving skills
* Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions
* Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment
