Accounting Professional Job Description
Randstad is currently recruiting for an accounting professional position in a permanent employment contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the month end closing process, ensuring that robust processes and controls are in place to process supplier invoices and payments, reviewing account assignments and process postings of invoice documents, resolving open issues with operating units, and clarifying complex situations in AP.
Responsibilities:
* Support the month end closing process and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
* Develop and implement effective processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
* Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Completed professional education with a degree in Business Administration and/or Management, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field.
* Professional experience from 3-5 years in an accounting environment, preferably in GBS Industry.
* Strong knowledge of SAP module FI and workflow solutions, as well as Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
