We are seeking aIndustrial Controlling Manager & Business Partnerto lead the team of industrial controllers for ECS & Food Home & Personal Care. This role involves strategic partnership with the Supply Chain leadership, supporting budgeting, performance analysis, operational efficiency, and digital transformation to drive financial visibility, strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.Your Mission Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial controllers.Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.Set clear objectives and development plans for team members.Business PartneringDefine industrial and supply chain strategies considering financial implications.Support decision-making with high-quality financial analysis.Ensure full P&L accountability and visibility for the supply chain.Promote financial awareness within operations teams.Controlling & Performance ManagementDevelop and implement controlling processes and reporting tools.Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.Oversee monthly financial closing and reporting accuracy.Deliver manufacturing KPIs and variance analyses.Monitor project deviations and perform root cause analyses.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Support audit processes and maintain internal controls.Champion WCM financial practices and digital finance tool rollout.Promote digitization, standardization, and innovation in financial practices.Coordinate with regional and global finance teams for reporting consistency.Your ProfileMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.At least 5 years of controlling experience in an industrial, international setting.Strong knowledge of IFRS and controlling principles.Experience with SAP FI/CO; PowerBi proficiency is a plus.Operational finance experience.Analytical skills with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.Leadership qualities to coach and develop diverse teams.Interest in digital finance transformation; familiarity with RPA, BI, Blockchain advantageous.Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
