About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Software Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as configuration of complex Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities
* Develop and monitor existing and expanding Salesforce environment (Service, Field Service, Sales, B2 B Commerce, etc.).
* Analyze and understand requirements of various stakeholders, including project, interface, infrastructure, business, and integration partner teams.
* Take ownership of technical and functional management of Salesforce development in line with company goals.
* Design and implement solutions within the system using Salesforce best practices.
* Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on custom applications, automations, and API integrations.
Requirements
* 3 years of experience working in Salesforce development.
* Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as configuration of complex Salesforce environments.
* Experience in interface design and system integration involving Salesforce.
* Familiarity with release management and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Azure Dev Ops, Git, SFDX) (is a plus).
* Independent, structured working style combined with an open and communicative personality.
* Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
