The Opportunity?
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Web Designer to join our team.
You don’t need deep CRO experience upfront, but if you have great taste, a sharp creative eye, and branding skills, we can teach you CRO with your web design experience.
What matters most is your ability to think smart, adapt quickly, and design at a high level. We want to see that WOW factor.
About Us
Fuelerate is a growth partner agency for Shopify e-commerce brands. We help clients scale through paid advertising, creative strategy, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). We believe in design that not only looks great but also converts.
What You’ll Do
1. Design high-converting landing pages
2. Lead visual branding across client assets and campaigns
3. Use Figma as your main workspace for UX/UI design and layout
4. Balance aesthetics with performance — ensuring designs look great and function well
5. Grow your skills in CRO, guided by our experienced team
What You Bring
1. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, ideally in the e-commerce space
2. Solid Figma skills and understanding of UX/UI principles
3. Proficiency in Figma
4. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or performance-focused design
5. Excellent taste — clean, smart design sensibility
6. Willingness to learn CRO concepts and apply them effectively
7. Bonus: Experience designing for Shopify or DTC brands
Why Fuelerate?
We value growth—in performance, creativity, and people. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:
1. Remote, flexible work
2. Access to training & mentorship
3. Opportunities to evolve your role as the company scales
4. A collaborative team that values your ideas and input
You’ll need to quickly absorb and apply new CRO principles, translate complex ideas into intuitive designs, manage feedback across time zones, and contribute to a design standard that’s both visually impressive and performance-driven.
The Details
1. Part-Time to start: 20 hours/week
2. Full-time rapid scale: Up to 40 hours/week
3. Compensation: 22,000-24,000 EUR at full time
