PIZZAIOLO (m/f/d)

About the role
As a Pizzaiolo, you will work in a professional resort kitchen and be fully responsible for pizza production from start to finish.
This role is for candidates who already have solid experience as a Pizzaiolo and can work independently.
You'll be part of an international kitchen team and prepare pizzas for hotel guests in a fast-paced, structured environment.
What you'll do
* Prepare pizza dough from scratch
* Prepare sauces and ingredients
* Stretch, top and bake pizzas independently
* Work with professional pizza ovens
* Ensure quality, consistency and hygiene standards
* Support smooth kitchen operations during service
* You are expected to manage the pizza station confidently and professionally.

* Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
* Living and working on-site
* EU passport required

Who we're looking for
* You have previous experience as a Pizzaiolo
* You know the full pizza process: dough, sauce, toppings and baking
* You can work independently and handle busy service times
* You understand kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
* You can communicate in English
* You are reliable, organized and passionate about pizza
This role is not suitable for beginners or candidates without hands-on pizza experience.
