All qualified applicants will receive consideration without bias.Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.RequirementsKey Responsibilities- Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines- Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates- Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes- Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes- Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team membersRequired Experience / Skills- 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions- Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity- Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities- Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progressDesirable- Experience across multiple regulatory regimes- Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required- Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution- Proficiency in an additional European language- Remote employees will have the opportunity to travel to the London office on a quarterly basisWhy join us- Work in a company recognised for innovation and deep regulatory expertise- Deliver complex, multi-client regulatory projects- Support Suade's delivery excellence with meaningful contribution to the evolution of our product and methodology directionBenefits- Generous annual leave allowance, plus public holidays- Public holiday swap- the option to take time off when it suits you, including the option to exchange public holidays for alternative days- Additional tenure-based annual leave- 1 additional day for each year after two years of service.
